RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATION
If you are a returning player, you can register by mail. Please enter the email address you have on file with PYF, press GET PLAYER INFORMATION. A registration form with your player information will be displayed. Make any changes needed on the form, print, be sure to sign where indicated, then mail it to the address on the top of the form, with a check for payment in full.
  You are NOT registered until your check and form arrive at the address noted and is entered into our system. Your registration form must arrive by 7/30/2010

NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION
Please fill out our REGISTRATION FORM completely, print, sign, and bring to registration along with a COPY of your child's birth certificate.
